Hi there! I'm so glad you're here.
Here are some things about me:
My name is Larkin, but those who love me most call me Lark.
I graduated from SCAD with a fibers degree. I love to make quilts. You can shop for them
here!
I have a tiny
baking business, where i bake the best cakes with my nana's old recipes.
I decided to go back to school to get my Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree to teach elementary school. I will graduate next May and I couldn't be more excited!
I'm a small town girl and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I have the best boyfriend. 6 years and counting.
I love our dogs, and i would adopt 5 more if Bradley would let me.
I'm obsessed with quilting and hoarding fabric.
+ I love stripes.

ReplyDeleteGood Morning Lark! Hi, I was curious about the backyard scrabble game. How did you take score, and what were the rules. I'm thinking about having a contest but really don't know how to go about it. I will be doing a Christian verse, bible scrabble. Do you have any ideas? Would I use the same amount of letters 144?
ReplyDeleteHi Danita, a team wins when all of the tiles are used up and they have used their tiles correctly. At this point they yell "bananagrams!" When a team won, they got 1 point, but it's not necessary to take score if you don't want to. For doing a Christian verse edition you could make a rule that all words must be bible related- like God, Jesus, fish, bible, ark, etc. Have fun!
DeleteAnd they could yell Hallelujah when they win! Perfect
